Join us on Wednesday, July 13th at Westwood Lutheran Church to shop local Black-owned businesses and participate in racial justice and anti-racism conversations!

5pm Community Picnic + Black Garnet Books Pop-Up Shop
Come hungry for an outdoor community picnic (donations appreciated but not expected).
Dionne Sims will be on-site with her Black Garnet Books (Minnesota's only Black-owned book store) pop-up shop!
TRex Cookies & Humanize My Hoodie will also be for sale!
6pm Worship - led by Joe Davis and Dave Scherer
a brief 15-minute inter-faith worship us as we pray over Joe and Dave.
6:30pm - JUSTmove performance
An awesome performance for all ages- Joe and Dave spark our imagination and push our understanding of equity and change.
7:30pm- Race and Culture workshop led by Joe Davis and Dave Scherer (adults only)
Following the performance, adults looking for a deeper dive conversation on race and culture are invited to a brief workshop with Joe and Dave.
All activities are hosted outside in the Westwood parking lot. If it rains, all events will be moved inside.
