CLNE's Be The Work cohort program equips and supports non-profit and congregational leaders as they build racial justice & equitable systems change within their community.

Each year, staff and support leaders develop capacities for intercultural competency and change-focused leadership through workshop learning, IDI-guided individual reflection and team action planning.

Be the Work  | What We Offer

  • Staff/Team Development Workshops (In-person daytime)

  • Support Leaders/Board of Directors/Racial Justice Team Development Workshops (Online evening)

  • Local Immersion Experiences with guided group reflection led by CLNE staff.

  • Participants take the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessment. CLNE's IDI Qualified Administrators provide an IDI orientation and lead individual debriefs.

  • Staff/Team and Support Leaders apply learnings to their current roles and areas of influence thru individual and collaborative group work using CLNE's 'Be The Work' Guided Workbook.

  • Goal setting and action plans are outcomes of the program's workshops.

  • Additional networking, resources, and discussions provided thru our 'Be the Work' online learning community.
