CLNE's Be The Work cohort program equips and supports non-profit and congregational leaders as they build racial justice & equitable systems change within their community.
Each year, staff and support leaders develop capacities for intercultural competency and change-focused leadership through workshop learning, IDI-guided individual reflection and team action planning.
Be the Work | What We Offer

Staff/Team Development Workshops (In-person daytime)

Support Leaders/Board of Directors/Racial Justice Team Development Workshops (Online evening)

Local Immersion Experiences with guided group reflection led by CLNE staff.

Participants take the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessment. CLNE's IDI Qualified Administrators provide an IDI orientation and lead individual debriefs.

Staff/Team and Support Leaders apply learnings to their current roles and areas of influence thru individual and collaborative group work using CLNE's 'Be The Work' Guided Workbook.

Goal setting and action plans are outcomes of the program's workshops.

Additional networking, resources, and discussions provided thru our 'Be the Work' online learning community.
