Our Goals

Focus on Racial Equity and Justice by building

  • Relationships in community together that supports the work of systems change. 

  • Opportunities to Come Together to listen, learn, and be challenged by BIPOC leadership. 

Facilitate leadership trainings that equip organizations and community leaders

  • To build more equitable and inclusive environments.

  • To find personal and organizational growth using the Intercultural Development Inventory. 

Host internship opportunities  that 

  • Empower rising leaders to develop their values, interests, skills and abilities.

  • Explores North Minneapolis' assets, strong local community leaders, and neighborhood organizations focused on systems change.

Focus on youth and community leadership to
 

  • Support rising Change-makers in North Minneapolis as they build on the assets in their community.

  • Collaborate with local neighborhood organizations in shared missions and visions.

Host learning immersion experiences to

  • Deepen relationships across intersectionalities and boundaries. 

  • Support individual learning of inclusive history and continue to break down harmful white supremacy narratives.
